I have been involved in this complex process numerous times throughout my career. My strategic planning serves as a successful roadmap for enabling organizations to grow in ways that further their missions.

Strong organizations need strong leaders. And yet, there are very few resources and supports available to individuals in these executive roles.
I understand the unique challenges facing executives in these critical roles, and I have the expertise needed to successfully support them.
Grant Writing & Fundraising
As a nonprofit executive for nearly thirty years, I have extensive experience writing grants of all sizes. I have also managed many successful fundraising campaigns, including end of the year appeals, 24 hour campaigns, and fundraising events.
Fiscal Management
We all know that without money there can be no mission, and that strong fiscal management is necessary to meet organizational goals. At all the organizations I've managed, I was able to significantly increase revenues, reduce overhead, diversify funding sources, and build healthy reserves.
Advocacy
I am passionate about the social justice challenges facing underserved individuals and communities. I have experience reaching out to legislators, testifying in public hearings, and influencing legislation.
